At almost five-months old, Dahlia was brutally mutilated in Mexico.
Her nose and ears cut off. Her lips trimmed back and some of her toes were removed.
Luckily, a good Samaritan dropped this lovable puppy off at All the Same Wild and Tame in Sherman Oaks, an animal sanctuary that specializes in working with injured animals .
